Glory to God. Last year I also went to such a molift in our village near Sibiu, after the service a small procession came out with their icon. I'll try to get to us at the cathedral, at least on the molift.

That's nice they keep the procession going. Last year our parish did a small moleben for the Royal Martyrs too — just a handful of us after Liturgy, but it felt right. I'll remember to light a candle for them on the 17th.

It is good that they continue to worship the cross. Last year in our parish we also had a small moliven after the service, only five or six people, but I felt that it was necessary. I will remember to light a candle on the 17th.

Our parish here in Ottawa does a moleben for the Royal Martyrs every year on the 17th too, usually just a small group after Liturgy. Nice to hear Simbirsk is keeping the full procession going. I'll light a candle for them this week.

In our town in Hajnówka, every year after the liturgy we celebrate moleben for the tsar's martyrs, usually in a small group, but we always go out to the church yard with the icon. It's good that in Simbirsk they do full cross-walking - you can see that their memory is alive. I will light a candle on Thursday.

Glory to God and to us. Last year I went to the cathedral in Iași for the evening molift, there were a lot of people and beautiful silence after it was over. Did you manage to get to the cathedral this year or are you still going to the village near Sibiu?

Thank God, Ana. This year I didn't make it to the cathedral, I stayed in the village near Sibiu, at our small parish - it was very quiet, with about 30 people, no crowds. Have you been to Iași since then or still there?

Glory to God and to you, Nicolae. In our parish in Cluj it was just as quiet, about 25 souls, with slower singing and fresh air. I haven't been to Iași for two years, but I still remember how it felt there at the monastery - did you get any special jobs in the village near Sibiu?

Our parish here in Wichita usually does a quiet moleben right after Liturgy on the nearest Sunday, same as yours. Simple works best for us too. Do you keep any icons of the Royal Martyrs out during the week of the 17th?

Yeah, simple is usually the way to go. We keep the big icon of the Royal Martyrs on the analogion in the nave the whole week of the 17th, and a smaller one stays by the candle desk. Do you folks sing the troparion at that moleben or just read the prayers?
