Saint Siluan the Athonite will be celebrated on Wednesday at the Darvari Hermitage in Bucharest through a liturgical program dedicated to one of the protectors of the monastic settlement.

The demonstrations will begin on the eve of the holiday with the Vespers service, from 5:00 p.m.

The program will continue on the day of honoring Saint Siluan the Athonite with the Holy Liturgy, from 09:00, and will end in the evening, with the Sacrament of the Holy Olive.

Holy relics at Darvari Hermitage The faithful will be able to worship the holy relics of Saint Siluan the Athonite, located at the Darvari Hermitage for over 25 years.

The holy smell is preserved in the Chapel of the Holy Healers within the monastic settlement.

Along with the holy relics of the pious saint, there are also fragments of those of Saint Nicephorus the Leper and Saint Matrona the Blind.
