Parishioners of the Panteleimon Church visited the Blue Springtranslated

With the blessing of His Eminence Stefan, Archbishop of Gomel and Zhlobin, a mutual aid group at the Church of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon in the city of Gomel and parishioners of the church made a pilgrimage to the holy spring “Blue Spring”.
On August 9, 2026, the pilgrims were accompanied by the coordinator for work with alcohol and drug addicts of the department of social service and church charity of the Gomel diocese, Priest Alexander Grishanenko.
“Blue Spring” is located in the Slavgorod district of the Mogilev region. The source is a hydrological natural monument of republican significance and a famous place of Orthodox pilgrimage. Near the well there was a chapel in honor of the holy martyrs of the Maccabees. On the days of celebrating their memory, services and water blessing are held at the source.
At the spring, the pilgrims prayed together while reading the akathist and collected water.
The trip ended with a shared meal. The participants shared their impressions and expressed a desire to continue joint pilgrimages.
