The show is dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the Samara province and is dedicated to the history of the Iversky Convent. The author and director of the film was Nadezhda Kosmirova, producer of the Samara-GIS TV channel, member of the Council of Culture and Media of the Samara Diocese. The event will take place on July 23, 2026 (Thursday) at the open-air cinema "Filin". Address: Sofiyskaya embankment (4th stage of the embankment, to the left of the “Rook” monument).

I remember visiting the Iverский monastery a few years back and being struck by how peaceful the grounds felt even on a weekday. Nice to see Nadежда Космирова making a film about its history; I'll try to get to the open-air showing at Филин on the 23rd.
