Representatives of the Tara diocese took part in the Royal Days in Yekaterinburgtranslated

With the blessing of Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalinsk, the secretary of the diocese, Priest Mikhail Safichuk, and the Tarchans took part in ceremonial events dedicated to the memory of the holy Royal Passion-Bearers in Yekaterinburg.

The main events took place on the night of July 16-17, 2026 at the Church on the Blood, erected on the site of the murder of the royal family, where the Divine Liturgy was celebrated and a religious procession of many thousands took place to the monastery on Ganina Yama.

The annual “Royal Days” are one of the most important spiritual events of the Russian Orthodox Church.
