On October 2, 2026, the assistant to the dean of the Azov region for social work, Priest Ilya Kozhokar, congratulated the employees and veterans of the MBU “Center for Social Assistance and Disabled People” on the 35th anniversary of its foundation.

The festive event was attended by Deputy Head of the Azov District for Social Issues S. Davlyatova; Chairman of the Azov District Assembly of Deputies A. Korolenko; Head of the Social Protection Department V. Bershadskaya; social protection employees, guests and wards of district institutions.

Addressing those present, the priest congratulated the social workers on their anniversary and noted the importance of their service. Priest Ilia Kozhocar emphasized that helping one's neighbor is one of the main commandments of Christian life and an important part of the gospel preaching.
