Patriarch of Serbia departed for Australia

Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia departed on Tuesday, 6 October 2026, for his pastoral visit to the Holy Metropolis of Australia and New Zealand.
While transiting through Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, Metropolitan Lukijan of Budapest and Ms. Aleksandra Đurović, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Hungary, saw off the Primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church and his holy entourage.
