On July 3, on the day of the 90th anniversary of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Russia, priest Andrei Shishkin, responsible for social service in the Western Vicariate, was present at the ceremonial formation in the 2nd separate specialized traffic police battalion of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate on the special highway of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Moscow.
