А где именно в Казани это было? Я в центре работаю, но ничего такого не слышала. Интересно, вдруг мимо проходила.

My wife mentioned something about that on the weekend. She said it was near the old market by the train station, not downtown. I drive that route sometimes for deliveries and never noticed anything unusual either.
