On July 5, 2026, the rector of the church in honor of the Exaltation of the Cross of the Lord in the agricultural town of Belitsa, Priest John Peshko, performed the rite of consecration of the newly built worship cross in the village of Tabola, Lida region.

Local residents gathered together with the priest to pray and share common joy with each other at the cross.

At the end of the consecration, Father John addressed those gathered with a pastoral word, in which he spoke about the meaning of the cross in the life of a Christian.
