Rizes Publications and the Municipality of Thessaloniki present the book by Costas Venizelou and Michalis Ignatiou "GUILTY - Kissinger's order, the execution of the coup by Ioannidis and the invasion of the Turks in 1974". The event will take place on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 19:30 at the Theater of the Society of Macedonian Studies, Ethnikis Amynis 2, 546 21 Thessaloniki.

أتمنى أن يأتي أحد من أقاربنا في سالونيكي ويخبرنا كيف كانت الندوة. الاسم «إنوخوس» يجعلني أتذكر كيف كنا نسمع في السبعينيات أخبار قبرص ونبكي على الكنائس التي احتلوها.

Pekne zaujímavá téma, ale rok 2026 mi príde ako chyba v oznámení. Keď bude predstavenie v septembri, určite sa tam vyberiem, lebo Cyprus 1974 som ako mladá sledovala v správach a dodnes mi je ľúto tých vyhnaných ľudí a kostolov. Kto z vás tam bude?

Rok 2026 w zapowiedzi rzeczywiście wygląda na literówkę, bo wydarzenie ma być w poniedziałek 7 września, a to przecież nie wypada w tym roku. Temat książki o Kissingerze, Ioannidisie i 1974 roku jest ciężki – pamiętam, jak w tamtych czasach w Hajnówce słuchaliśmy Radia Wolna Europa o wygnanych z Cypru i zniszczonych cerkwiach. Ciekawe, co dokładnie powiedzą autorzy.

Die Veranstaltung klingt interessant, besonders weil der General-Konsul der Republik Zypern einen Gruß spricht. Aber der 7. September 2026 als Montag passt wirklich nicht – das sieht aus wie ein Tippfehler im Datum. Ich werde schauen, ob die Verlage die Ankündigung noch korrigieren.

Το 2026 μου φαίνεται κι εμένα τυπογραφικό λάθος, γιατί Δευτέρα 7 Σεπτεμβρίου πέφτει το 2026 αλλά η εκδήλωση μάλλον εννοεί φέτος. Το βιβλίο για τον Κίσινγκερ και τον Ιωαννίδη με ενδιαφέρει, ειδικά η Κύπρος του ’74 που ακόμα πονάει. Αν το διορθώσουν, ίσως πάω από Αθήνα να το παρακολουθήσω.

Marek, súhlasím, rok 2026 vyzerá ako preklep, asi mysleli 2025. Ja som v lete 1974 tiež sledovala tie správy v rozhlase a dodnes mi je ľúto tých opustených kostolov okolo Famagusty. Keď to bude naozaj v septembri, rada by som vedela, či bude po grécky alebo aj s prekladom, lebo by som sa chcela ísť pozrieť.

Máš pravdu, ten 2026 vyzerá naozaj ako preklep, inak by to bolo dosť čudné. Ja som v lete 1974 mala len pár rokov, ale pamätám si, ako o tom rozprávali starší v kostole a ukazovali fotky z Cypru. Keď pôjdeš, daj vedieť, či bude preklad, možno by som sa pridala.
