Feast of Saint Eustathius in the N. Ionian Regiontranslated

On the occasion of the feast of the Holy and Great Martyr Eustathius and his companions, the venerable Church celebrates in the New Ionian Region, where it preserves a relic from the Holy Lipsanion of the Saint. The Hierarchs will celebrate according to the following schedule.

Schedule for the Feast

Saturday, September 19

7:00 PM: Great Hierarchical Vespers.

9:00 AM: Divine Liturgy in honor of Saint Eustathius.

Sunday, September 20

7:00 PM: Morning Prayer and immediately followed by a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy.

6:30 AM: Hierarchical Evening Vespers and subsequently the Litanies of the Holy Image and the Holy Lipsanion of Saint Eustathius.

Following this, the Hierarchical Paraklesis will be chanted in honor of Saint Eustathius.
