Sunday Discipleship – Intersection with Christ as a way of justificationtranslated

In his continuing critique of the Old Testament Law, the Apostle Paul contrasts justification based on faith in the God-man Christ with justification based on the application of the Law, pointing out that no one can be saved by the works of the law. After all, if this were enough, there would be no need for the incarnation of God and the Word. It goes without saying that the Apostle Paul does not aim at the disuse of the Law, but on the one hand at the correct understanding of his role as an educator and on the other hand at its fulfillment through faith and above all through love, which, as he himself writes, completes the meaning of the Law, explains Apostle Nikolaidis, Emeritus Professor of Theology at EKPA & President of the Institute Agios Maximos the Greek.
