The feast of Agia Irini Chrysovalantou in Limnostranslated

With ecclesiastical splendor and spiritual rapture, the memory of Saint Irene of Chrysovalanto was celebrated in the picturesque chapel of the same name of the Parish of Tsimandria in Lemnos. On the evening of Monday, July 27, 2026, the solemn Vespers was presided over by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Limnos and Agios Efstratiou, Mr. Ierotheos, while the Divine Word was preached by the Pantheological Archimandrite Fr. of faith, which attracts God's grace and gives birth to miracles in people's lives.

Before the dismissal of the holy procession, the Septos Pastor addressed the large congregation, thanking all those who honored the celebration with their presence and in particular the Military Commander of Lemnos, Brigadier General Mr. Aristidis Nakos, the Consul General of Greece in Smyrna, Mr. Alexandros Konstas, as well as the Prefect of Lemnos, Mr. Apostolos Koutsoyiannis.

Finally, he wished that Osia Irini Chrysovalantou would always be a shelter and protection for everyone.
