Parcel distribution in the Metropolis of Didymoteichotranslated

In the presence of the Venerable Metropolitan of Didymoteicho, Orestiada and Soufli, Mr. Damaskinos, on September 22, 2026, parcels of food aid and personal care items were distributed in Didymoteicho and Orestiada. In particular, 50 parcels offered by the social contribution company of the Hellenic Armaments "SYN-ENOSIS" and another 150 parcels available, provided by the Charity Organization of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens "APOSTOLI" from the "MASOUTIS" supermarket, were distributed. Two hundred (200) needy, large and well-to-do families of the Akriti province enjoy the interest and care of the Church every month.
