Long-term property lease in Varea Trichonidostranslated

The N.P.D.D. under the name "HOLY CATHEDRAL OF AETOLIA AND AKARNANIA", announces that it intends to proceed with a long-term lease of a property, located in the location VAREIA of the property district of the former Community of Neromana, Municipality of Thermo, with an area of 12,921.00 sq.m.

The interested party may proceed with the construction of a multi-purpose hall for the realization of social events (e.g. conferences, receptions, wedding tables, etc.) as well as the construction of a chapel for the performance of religious sacraments.

Those interested are invited to submit the relevant documents of expression of interest (offers, studies, etc.) to the legal service of the Holy Metropolis of Aetolia and Acarnania within a period of two (2) months from the publication of this notice (information: Legal Advisor Iakovos Al. A good idea for the polychoro and parekklesion, especially for weddings and baptisms that take place so often in the area. The premises are large, 12,921 sq.m., so there is room for a garden around as well. I will ask Jacob Balta about the papers, perhaps someone is interested.
