As you know, on September 28 every year, our Holy Metropolis celebrates the memory of the transfer of the remains of the Holy Relic of our Holy Father Donatus, Bishop of Euria the Wonderworker, Patron Saint of Mythology and Protector and Treasurer of our Holy Metropolis, from the Church of Panagia on the island of Murano in Venice, and of their deposition in the Cathedral of Saint Donatus Paramythia, which took place on the afternoon of September 28, 2000.
