The Metropolitan of Thebes and Lebadea at the School Commemorationstranslated

On Friday, September 11, 2026, the Very Reverend Metropolitan of Thebes and Lebadea, Archbishop George, was present among the students, teachers, and parents of our district schools, participating in the conclusion of the School Liturgy and blessing the start of the new academic year. In the morning, the Very Reverend concluded the Liturgy at the Primary Schools (4th and 10th) of Lebadea, praying for the students a good and productive school year, with health, progress, and every success in their efforts.

Next, he visited the 12th Kindergarten of Lebadea, where he concluded the Liturgy and offered paternal blessings to the children, teachers, and their parents.

A special and distinct moment was his presence at the ENEEGY-Levada, where he concluded the Liturgy. The autumn academic year is particularly significant, as the ENEEGY-Levada is operating for the first time, opening a new and important path of education, support, and creative perspective for the students and their families.
