On Friday, September 11, 2026, the day of the start of the new School Year 2026-2027, the Consecration took place in all Primary and Secondary Education Schools of the Metropolitan Region of Maroneia and Komotini. The Reverend Mr. Panteleimon performed the Consecration Service at the 1st and 11th Primary Schools of Komotini and at the 1st Gymnasium of Komotini.

His Eminence addressed a heartfelt message of support to the local Church and himself personally in the young people's struggle for the acquisition of knowledge and fatherly wished the students, teachers and parents a school year full of health and spiritual fruitfulness, stressing that learning illuminates the paths of progress.
