Fr. Ephraim Triantafyllopoulos in the Holy Metropolis of Belgiumtranslated

On the afternoon of Monday, September 28, 2026, the second speech for the current academic year took place at the Ambiorix Orthodox Center of the Holy Metropolis of Belgium, in Brussels, as part of the "Orthodox Logos" series of speeches. The guest speaker was His Eminence Archimandrite of the Ecumenical Throne Dr. Ephraim Triantafyllopoulos, Chancellor of the Holy Metropolis of Fthiotido. Fr. Ephraim was invited by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Belgium and Exarch of the Netherlands and Luxembourg Mr. Athenagoras, in order to hold a series of speeches in parishes of the Metropolis. His tour started at the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Rotterdam and continued to the parish of the Annunciation in Antwerp, Brussels and then to the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Luxembourg.

The speech in Brussels was held in French and had as its theme "The benefits of Confession" ("Les bienfaits de la Confession"), while the discussion was moderated by the Primate of the Holy Metropolis of Belgium, Archimandrite Mr. Philadelphos Kafalis.
