Meeting of Responsible Parish Spiritual Synagogues of Dimitrias Diocesetranslated

Today, Friday September 25, 2026, at the Conference Center of Thessaly, the annual Meeting of the Responsible Clergy for the organization and operation of the Spiritual Meetings of Bible Study and the Evening Sermons of the parishes of our Local Church was held. The meeting was presided over by Rev. Metropolitan of Dimitrias, Mr. Ignatios, who wished fatherly for the new ecclesiastical year, referred to the importance of the offering of the Divine Word and the possibility of the participants to become active members of the parish community, immersing themselves in the eternally valuable and important texts of the Holy Bible and the Gospel in particular.

The main speaker was Archim. Epifanios Economou, Preacher and Head of the Metropolitan Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos, who made the introduction to the theme chosen for this year's Parish Assemblies, which is the Lord's Sermon on the Mount.
