With an eye on the new catechetical year, the meeting of the Catechists of the Holy Metropolis of Kitrostranslated

On the afternoon of Saturday, September 26, in the Holy Church of Agia Anna Katerinis, the Consecration took place in the framework of the Synod of Catechists of the Holy Metropolis of Kitrou, Katerini and Platamonos, marking the beginning of the new Catechetical year. The event was attended by the Most Reverend Metropolitan Mr. George, who addressed paternal speeches and gave the Catechists the necessary directions and spiritual instructions for the work they are called to carry out during the new Catechetic period.

At the center was the need for the Catechesis to remain a lively meeting place for children and young people with the Church, in a way that responds to the real searches and needs of the time.

The practical and organizational details of the new Catechetical season were presented by the head of the Youth Office, Archimandrite Dionysios Golias, informing the Catechists about the planning and operation of the catechetical gatherings and activities that will take place during the year.
