The Reverend Mr. Dorotheos II visited the "32nd Voyages - Enigma of the Icon" Exhibition in Androstranslated

The Venerable Metropolitan of Syros, Mr. Dorotheos II, being in Andros, visited yesterday, Monday, July 27, 2026, the "Foundation of Petros & Marikas Kydoniios", where this year the Exhibition "32nd Voyages - Enigma of the Image - Man in an Image travels" is being hosted. 22 contemporary Greek artists participate in the Exhibition presented within the framework of the "PLOES" Visual Institution, who with their selected works develop a dialogue around the horizons of the contemporary image.

The Reverend Mr. Dorotheos II congratulated the Kydonieos Foundation and thanked its directors for their contribution and contribution to the promotion and development of culture in Andros.

Xenia WilsonIt’s nice to see Metropolitan Dorotheos taking the time to visit the exhibition on Andros. The title “Man walks in the Image” caught my eye – I wonder if any of the 22 artists included icons or church-related work alongside the modern pieces. The Kydonieos Foundation always puts on thoughtful shows.
