The Abbot of the Holy Monastery of Panagia Yatrissa Mani, Archimandrite Fr. Chrysostomos Pantazis, talks to Dimitris Stroumbakos about the miraculous Icon, which is treasured in the monastery and recounts miracles performed by Panagia to believers. The Nativity scene is painted on hard chestnut wood. The entire Icon is covered with silver leaf except for the Faces of the Godfathers, Joachim and Anne, the Infant Mary and three other women.
