The Patriarch Porphyrios at the Ceremony for the Day of Serbian Unitytranslated

The Most Holy Patriarch of Serbia, His Beatitude Porphyrios, attended the ceremony of awarding high state honors on the occasion of the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom, and National Flag on September 15, 2026, at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade. On this occasion, the President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Aleksandar Vučić, awarded 55 medals to individuals and institutions, including the President of Kazakhstan, Mr. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, artists, directors, doctors, athletes, and firefighters on the front line of defense against fires that have ravaged many parts of Serbia this summer.
