Samos is preparing to celebrate its Saints – Religious Events Programtranslated

The Holy Metropolis of Samos, Ikaria and Korseon, with special joy and pleasure, announces to pious Christians that on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August 2026 it will celebrate the Saints of Samos, fulfilling a sacred duty and paying the due honor and gratitude to Saints Leo, Hermogenes and Heraklios the Bishops of Samos, the saint George the Neomartyr, the holy Paul the Latin, and the military and confessor saints Gregory, Leo and Theodore. The solemn events, according to the announcement of the Metropolis, will take place according to the following schedule:

On Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Holy Metropolitan Church of Agios Nikolaos of Samos, a Grand Solemn Biarchial Vespers will be held, presided over by the Reverend Metropolitan of Rethymno and Avlopotamos, etc., who was invited for this purpose.
