On the occasion of the start of the new school year, I address to all of you, students, teachers and parents, my paternal love and my warmest wishes.

School is not only the place where we acquire knowledge. It is the place where man is cultivated, character is formed and dreams for tomorrow are born. That is why knowledge needs to be accompanied by education, ethics, responsibility, respect and love for fellow human beings.
