Papuashvili: The EU's "attacks" on the Church are a red line for Georgiatranslated

“Nothing good will come from the hands of Rasa Juknevičienė regarding Georgia. However, it is also noteworthy that she was allowed to prepare the ground for an attack on the Georgian Church," the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament told Georgian journalists in Serbia.
Mr. Papuashvili calls for a strict reaction, so that no one from any European Union institution dares to attack the Church of Georgia. "I have said that this is not the first time that the EU institution has attacked the Georgian Church, which is unacceptable. We should draw a red line so that no one from any EU institution dares to attack the Georgian Church and its believers...Therefore, a strict and immediate response is vital to prevent such an event from becoming a precedent," he said.
