Chalkidos Chrysostomos: The "candle" of the faithful covers the donation of hosting children in the campstranslated

Metropolitan Chalkidos Mr. Chrysostomos referred to the great work that is being carried out in the church camps, but also to the great financial cost involved in this offering, underlining that to a large extent the needs are covered by the "candle" lit by the faithful in the churches and monasteries, while the smallest offering is touching and valuable. Yesterday, the second period of the Camps of the Holy Metropolis of Chalkidos was completed. In the modern facilities of the Metropolis in Rovies B. Evia, 90 girls, aged 11 and 12, were accommodated and lived a unique seven-day experience close to God and nature.

The leader of the camp period was Mrs. Matina Kouvara and the deputy leader was Mrs. Eleni Karlatira, who, surrounded by a dedicated group of executives, conveyed to the children with tenderness, care and fun the experience that life close to Christ is a life full of joy.

Thank you for the message. I like to read that the 90 girls were able to spend a week in Roviy under the motto from the 103rd Psalm and that they keep it all mainly from the small contributions from the faithful. Matina Kouvara and Eleni Karlatira managed it nicely again.
