Reception of the Holy Relic of Agios Arsenios of Cappadocia in Agriniotranslated

The Holy Relic of our Holy and God-bearing Father Arsenius of Cappadocia, coming from the Holy Hermitage of the same name of the Holy Metropolis of Kassandreia, was received by the Parish of Agia Paraskevi of Agrini, on the afternoon of Friday July 24, 2026, in view of the annual Holy Feast of the Great Martyr Paraskevi of Athlete. The official reception that took place in the midst of torrential rain was presided over by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Aetolia and Acarnania, Mr. Damaskinos. The expected honors were performed by the Philharmonic of the Municipality of Agrini, under the direction of conductor Mr. Vassiliou Konidas.
