The Decennial Memorial of Metropolitan Hieraptyne Eugenius in Hierapolistranslated

On a moving Saturday, September 12, 2026, a Polyeleotical Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Cathedral Church of Saint Photini Hierapolis, and the Holy Memorial for the completion of ten years since the enthronement of the blessed Metropolitan Hieraptyne and Sietia Eugenius. Following the Morning Prayer, the service was chanted by Archbishop Damaskines Oreastidas and Sophilios, and continued with an Archpriestly Synaxis presided over by himself and assisted by Metropolitans Arkalochoria Kastellios and Vianos Andronikos, Petra and Chersonesos Gerasimos, Lampis, Subritios and Sfakion Ioakim, the Venerable Bishop of Knossos Methodios, and his own Archpastor Hieraptyne and Sietia Cyrillos.
