Pilgrimage of the parishes of Kardia, Olympiada and Galatia Iordea in Tinos and Aeginatranslated

With the permission and blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Mr. Irenaios, a joint pilgrimage trip was held from September 18 to 21 of three parishes of Eordaia, the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos of the Heart of Ptolemaida Settlement, the Holy Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God Galatia Eordaia and the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos of Olympiada Eordaia, on the islands of Tinos and Aegina. The excursion was accompanied by the Head of the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos of the Heart of Ptolemaida Settlement, Protopresbyter Athanasios Vlachodimos, as well as the vicar of the Holy Churches of Olympiada and Galatea, Archimandrite Bartholomeos Gessa.

The first stop of the pilgrimage was Milesi, Attica, where the pilgrims had the opportunity to visit the place associated with Agios Porphyrios and worship.

Afterwards, the excursion continued to Tinos, where the participants went to church in the Holy Church of Evangelistria of Tinos and worshiped the miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary.
