The Sanctification for the new school year in the Gymnasiums and High Schools of Sitiatranslated

With the established Consecration, the school year 2026-2027 began on Friday, September 11, 2026 in the schools of Primary and Secondary Education. Rev. Metropolitan of Ierapytni and Sitia Mr. Kyrillos performed the Consecration ceremony in the two Gymnasiums and the two High Schools of the city of Sitia. In particular, Rev. Metropolitan Kyrillos performed the first Consecration at the General High School (GEL) of Sitia, where the first bell of the new school term rang at 9:00 am. His Eminence wished everyone a good, blessed and creative school year, and emphasized to the students of the school that "with the celebration of the Sanctification and the blessing of God, a new school year begins and with it another beautiful journey of knowledge, cultivation and creation.
