Lemnos Ierotheos: The Virgin Mary always surrounds the faithful with Her maternal mantletranslated

Just as the Apostles gathered in the "Gethsemani τῷ χοριῳ" around the funeral bed of the Virgin Mother of God, to mourn Her with epitaphic laments and sepulchral hymns, so they also surrounded the venerable and emblematic Icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the sought-after "Russian", an exact copy of the Virgin Mary of Kazan, Russia, which for centuries has been kept as a priceless spiritual relic in the aforementioned Holy Church, to beg Her to intercede eternally with Her Son and God for them and their families.
