On Friday, August 7, 2026, the eve of the feast of Saint Myron, Bishop of Crete, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Arkalochori, Kastelli and Viannos Mr. Andreas officiated Vespers at the celebratory Church in Kastri Viannos and spoke to the congregation about the honored Saint. Afterwards, a procession of the icon of Agios Myronos was performed, the offerees were blessed and the congregation was wished a good Virgin Mary.
