A charity concert in Myrina was organized by the Holy Diocese of Lemnostranslated

With particular joy, emotion and a sense of responsibility and love for our fellow man who is tested every day, the Holy Diocese of Lemnos and Agios Efstratios organized on Thursday, August 13, 2026, under the auspices of the Municipality of Lemnos, a musical event of solidarity and contribution, at the historic Myrina Gymnasium, the courtyard of which numerous Lemnians and visitors to our island they poured in, responding to the call of the Local Church for practical support of our weak fellow citizens, through the collection of long-lasting food, especially during this sacred and overwhelming period of the Fifteenth of August. The acclaimed performer and supporter of this public effort, our fellow citizen Mr. Panos Lantouris, together with notable artists, offered the music-loving audience a beautiful musical evening, dedicated to the universal values ​​of philanthropy, unity and tangible love for one's fellow man.

Our local community, with the common denominator of the ethics of collectivity and humanity, proved once again that, when we join forces, we can offer hope and support to those in need.
