Official celebration of the Freemen of Yasmostranslated

On the morning of Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos Yasmos, a High Priestly Divine Liturgy was held by the preeminent Bishop of Almopia Mr. Stefanos and an Official Doxology on the liberation of Yasmos. Historian Mr. Aristidis Charalambidis delivered the Solemnity of the day.

Afterwards, the Memorial Mass was held and wreaths were laid at the Hero of the Count of Iasmos, and then a parade of the Student Youth, sections of the Armed Forces, Cultural Associations and the Hellenic Red Cross took place.
