"I also want from this step to assure you that as long as I have the opportunity to represent you, these timeless values, love for the country, respect for the Orthodox tradition and the institution of the family, I will defend them in Parliament." The Secretary General of the Parliamentary Group of the New Democracy, MP of Larissa, Mr. Maximos Charakopoulos, emphasized the above in the short greeting he was invited to address by the president of the Educational and Cultural Association of Loutro, Mr. Lambros Kalyvas, at the 11th Antamoma of Apandahou Loutriots.

Lively village thanks to animal husbandry In his brief greeting, the Thessalian politician expressed his joy "to be with you on this beautiful evening of the Greek summer, in one of our lively villages in the province of Elassonos, in Loutro. A village that holds on, despite the demographic problem facing our country and the whole of Europe, and especially the Greek province. Glad to see a politician who still speaks up plainly for family and our Orthodox ways. The part about Lutro staying strong thanks to livestock farming rings true—my cousin in northern Greece says the same about his village. Hope that cross-party committee actually does something for the primary sector instead of just talking.
