On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Thebes and Levadea, Mr. George, performed the Consecration Mass for the start of the new ecclesiastical year in the Ceremonial Hall of the Offices of the Holy Metropolis in Livadeia, in the presence of the clergy, employees of the Offices, partners, and representatives of the Foundations, as well as the volunteers who participate in the social and charitable work of the Diocese.

His Eminence thanked everyone, clergy and laity, for their ministry in our Local Church, as well as for their valuable cooperation in the social, welfare and philanthropic work of our Holy Metropolis and referred to the messages that derive from the lives of the saints that our Church honors today.
