Assistant to the head of the missionary department of the Krasnoyarsk diocese has been appointedtranslated

On September 25, at the Bishop's House of Krasnoyarsk, a working meeting was held between Metropolitan Nikita of Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk with the head of the missionary department of the Krasnoyarsk diocese, the dean of the churches of the Krasnoyarsk district, and the rector of the Church of the Three Saints, Priest Vasily Vershinsky.

Due to the intensification of the work of the department and the increased volume of missionary tasks, a need arose for an additional employee. Bishop Nikita introduced Father Vasily to a new assistant to the head of the department - Ivan Tarabukhin, a graduate of the Tomsk Theological Seminary.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the directions of the department’s work and the formation of an action plan for the coming period, as well as practical missionary tasks and issues of conducting missionary activities in parishes.

Bishop Nikita supported the initiatives of the department and blessed the new assistant for his work in the Krasnoyarsk diocese.
