The science of winning: second shift of the Dobrynya leisure and educational centertranslated

July 22, 2026 · 1 min read

The second shift of the Dobrynya leisure and educational center at the spiritual and educational center of the diocese has ended. Every day the children mastered new skills in physical education, and also learned a lot of new things during meetings with interesting people. Many necessary and important events, prayer, physical training, sincere conversations - all this taught the boys responsibility, courage and love for the Motherland.  The teenagers spent two days on the territory of a convent in the Elizovsky district with experienced instructors, underwent shooting training, worked with UAVs, played the “Assault Raid” game, and became familiar with the operation of SHP machine guns. The days were eventful, we even managed to play a team tactical game. The children were raised by priest Vladimir Mironov, diocesan employee Alexander Rykov, and warrior Mikhail Samatov.

On the final day, our volunteers Mikhail and Irina, who had already become good friends, came to visit the children with the symbol of goodness and peace, Cheburashka. They gave parting words and presented chevrons to all participants in the shift, and the head of the Sretenie center, Elena Ivanovna Ilyina, presented diplomas and memorable gifts.

The project was supported by the Government of the Kamchatka Territory.

Γιάννης ΘεοδώρουGood program, kids also learned shooting and handling drones. Interesting that they also went to the nunnery for two days. What was the most difficult station for you, Michael?
