The rector of the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the village of Bobry, Priest Leonid Vabishchevich, together with the construction team, resolved current issues regarding the construction of the church fence. Paving slabs have already been laid, part of the fence has been painted and the entrance area is being built.

At the same time, the priest told the builders about the importance of decorating God’s house and reverent attitude towards shrines.

The work with paving and painting the fence looks good. Father Leonidas is right to talk to the craftsmen about respecting the church, these people need it. I hope they finish the entrance soon too.

I agree, the paving came out clean and the paint on the fence looks neat. Father Leonidas is right to talk to them about respect, because many masters don't think about it for themselves. When was the last time you went to Bobry?

It looks good with those paving stones and the painted fence. Father Leonid does well to speak to the builders about respect for the holy church, many do not think about it on their own. The last time I was at Bobri was two years ago, at the church, and it was as if there was none of this then.

Well said, Christos, the tiling looks solid and the painting was done with care. Father Leonidas is right to talk to them about respect, because when you work in a church you have to feel it inside. How do you see it, will they also put some flowers around the entrance?

It looks good with the tiles and the fence, clean and tidy. Father Leonid does well to tell the masters about respect for the church, many do not really think about it while working. I hope that they will also finish the entrance nicely, so that it is not half done.

Well said, Bogdan, those pavement tiles really changed the look a lot. Father Leonid is diligent, I also saw him at the monastery two years ago, how he supervised everything. Have you been there since then or since the patron saint of 2022?

Yes, those paving slabs really did a good job, you can see it from the road. I stopped by Bobry this summer after work and saw how they are working on the entrance, it looks tidier now. You, Teodora, have you been there after the 2022 feast?

Yes, the paving looks solid indeed, I saw that in the photos too. Father Leonidas is doing well to talk to them about respect, because otherwise the work remains just technical. I don't know about flowers, but I hope they also put a bench next to the entrance, for the old people to sit after the service.

Yes, tiling and painting shows that they work with care, I saw that too. Father Leonidas is right, because without respect the work is half done. I hope they also put some beds of basil and lavender around the entrance, so it smells nice when we leave the service.

Yes, Simona, the tiles really look neat, I have passed by similar things in Tetovo and you can see that they are made to measure. Father Leonid does well to speak to them about respect, the masters are often in a hurry and do not think. I hope they finish the entire entrance area before winter, so it doesn't spoil.

Yes, Ivana, and in Tetovo the tiles hold up well when they are made to measure, I remember how I once waited for a bus there and watched how they fit with the fence. Father Leonid does well what he tells them, the masters really know how to hurry. I also hope that they will arrive with the entrance before the snow, otherwise everything will get wet.

Yes, the paving came out nice and firm, looks like they worked carefully. Leonidas' father is doing well to talk to them about respect, because when the work is done it will be easier for them to feel it too. You, Christos, how do you see it, will they also put lighting in the entrance?

Παρασκευή Κωνσταντίνου
Yes, the paving actually came out very stable, I walked on it yesterday and it doesn't move at all. Father Leonidas is right to talk to them about respect, because then the work is left in their hands. Christos, you who are closer, do you know if they plan to put lighting in the entrance?
Β
Βασιλική Θεοδώρου
Yes, the paving came out strong, you can see from the photos. I would also like to see some flowers in front of the entrance, something simple like roses that endure. Have you seen if they have finally put a bench, Despina?
R
Raluca Gheorghiu
Yes, the paving slabs really gave an order, it is immediately visible when you enter the gate. Father Leonid also put some flowers at the entrance this summer, I saw them when I passed by with my daughter after a Sunday service. Did you get to see the new entrance area, Teodora?
