A dome with a cross was erected on the church under construction in the village of Goyanytranslated

On September 26, His Eminence Archbishop Savva of Tiraspol and Dubossary visited the parish of the Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian in the village of Goyany, Dubossary district, where he consecrated the dome with a cross, which were subsequently installed on the church under construction. Concelebrating with His Eminence at the rite of consecration were the first assistant to the Ruling Bishop, Archimandrite John (Danilescu), the dean of the Dubossary district, Archpriest Georgy Lisovsky, and the clergy of the Dubossary deanery. At the end of the rite of consecration and hoisting of the cross, His Eminence presented holy icons as a blessing to the assembled believers, future parishioners of the church under construction, and answered questions from media representatives. On the way back, in the city of Grigoriopol, Archbishop Savva visited the chapel in honor of the Three-Handed Icon of the Mother of God, where he bowed to the revered image of the Most Holy Theotokos and laid flowers.
