It’s good that Bishop Theodosius said so directly. Commemoration of the Patriarch is not a trifle, but a statutory matter, and he keeps it, no matter what. In our choir, we also always pray for the Patriarch according to the rank, as it should be.

Yes, it's clear and clear. Metropolitan Theodosius simply says that he continues to commemorate the Patriarch as the typikon requires, without making waves. At our place in Toulouse we do the same at each liturgy, this avoids personal interpretations. Thank you for this clarification.
