Metropolitan Vikenty of Tashkent and Uzbekistan and Metropolitan Alexy of Chelyabinsk and Miass visited the Odigitrievsky Convent in Chelyabinsk. Together with the abbess, Abbess Eusevia (Lobanova), the archpastors toured the territory of the monastery, the temple in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow” and the Odigitrievsky Cathedral under construction. The sisters showed the monastery garden, cemetery and presented a visualization of the future cathedral. It helps to see what the temple will be like after construction is completed. During the inspection, the design of the building was discussed. The construction of the Odigitrievsky Cathedral remains one of the main projects of the monastery. The sisters continue to improve the territory of the monastery and carry out construction work.
