I wonder what kind of manuscripts were shown there at the exhibition? Last year I was in the park and saw photos from Mount Athos, but I know little about the manuscripts themselves. Thanks for the article.

Sophia, they mostly showed Byzantine liturgical books of the 11th–14th centuries, Gospels and Psalms with beautiful miniatures. I myself saw similar ones in person last year on Mount Athos in one monastery - heavy, leather-bound, thick pages. Which park did you look at the photo in?
