On October 1, the Church honors the memory of the Hieromartyr Amphilochius (Skvortsov), Bishop of Krasnoyarsk. On this day, the church in honor of the holy martyr Amphilochius in the city of Krasnoyarsk will celebrate its patronal feast day.

With the blessing of Metropolitan Nikita of Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk, a festive Divine Liturgy with a procession of the cross will be celebrated at 8:30 in the church (Academgorodok St., 56a), which will be led by the secretary of the Krasnoyarsk diocese, mitered Archpriest Vladimir Dorosh.

At 19:00 at the House of Cinema (88 Mira Ave.) a large festive concert will take place with the participation of the clergy of the diocese, parishioners and invited guests. The program includes performances by a graduate of the Krasnoyarsk Academy of Music and Theater, author-performer, regent of the church in honor of the holy martyr Amphilochius Elena Mengalova (Krasnoyarsk), theater and film actor Eduard Flerov (Moscow) and Honored Artist of the Republic of Mordovia, folk song performer, graduate of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music Inna Kameneva (Moscow).
