In the evening of September 14, the casket with the relics of Saint Spiridon of Trimythous was brought to the cathedraled and congregational Cathedral Church of Christ the Saviour. The holy relic was received by Metropolitan Gregory of Voskresensky, First Vicar of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia for the City of Moscow, administrator of the Central Vicariate.
