On September 10, the book exhibition “Knowledge is Power” opened at the State Educational Institution Secondary School No. 4 in Brest. It presents 36 books from the collections of the library of the Holy Nativity of the Mother of God Convent.

For students of primary school age, the sub-heading “Az and Beeches” is offered, which contains Orthodox primers and alphabet books, three amazing fairy tales “Once upon a time there were letters”, “Fairytale primer”, “Wonderful country of the Russian language”, which introduce children to the world of letters and organize their assimilation through reading poems and movement games, through a journey to the Wonderland. In addition, a number of children's books about writing, the history of the book, and the disappeared letters of the alphabet are offered.

For middle school students, a subsection “In the Land of Unlearned Lessons” is offered, which presents children's fiction that motivates learning, reminding of the importance of acquiring knowledge through fun and exciting stories.

The exhibition will run until October 2026.

It should be noted that there was great interest in the previous exhibition, “On Compassion for Animals,” which was opened on May 5, 2026. It was extended throughout the summer and was of great interest to students during summer camps.
