A diocesan clergyman visited Zhodishkov secondary school on the eve of Teacher's Daytranslated

On October 2, the rector of the Church of Saints Constantine and Helen of the agricultural town of Zhodishki, Priest Mikhail Verokha, visited the local high school and congratulated the teaching staff on the upcoming professional holiday. Addressing those gathered, Father Mikhail noted the importance of a teacher’s work in not only education, but also the spiritual and moral development of the younger generation. The priest wished the teachers strength, patience and God's help in their difficult ministry.

At the end of the meeting, the priest presented the teaching staff of the school with an icon of the Mother of God and flowers.
